Generally, the cost of home delivery of wood, in France and Europe, depends on the amount of the order. There are 3 cost tiers:
From 0 to 25€ of order, the price is 6.99 euros including tax.
From 25 to 80€ of order, the price is 4.99 euros including tax.
Beyond 80€ of order, home delivery is free.
That said, there are exceptions which are detailed below.
Shipping and returns
Shipping your package
Packages of wooden items are usually shipped within 1-2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via an appropriate carrier, with a tracking number (registered on the customer account and/or sent by email). Depending on the nature of your order, its weight, its volume and the destination, one or more carriers are offered to you (with different services and prices). Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will be able to track your package online.
The shipping costs for a wood order include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
The dimensions of boxes, cartons or pallets are appropriate and your items are carefully protected.
Different Items = Different Warehouses = Different Transports:
We have the ambition to offer you the widest choice of wooden products: from the very small article of creative leisure to the bulky volumes of parquet floors or construction wood. As a result, there may be different packaging and postage costs depending on the items. For example, you might be entitled to free delivery on one product but not on another...
The type of delivery available is indicated in the characteristics of each wooden product (quote, free, package 1 or package 2). Check the characteristics in each item sheet to find out what delivery rate it comes from.
We also work with independent sellers (marketplace type). In this case, it is indicated in the characteristics of the article by the term "Third-party seller" and delivery is often free.

Free delivery :
As the name suggests, you will be delivered free of charge for all items that indicate this on their product sheet, for France and Belgium.
Delivery "Package":
For France and Belgium, there are 3 price brackets. Up to 25 euros, the package is 6.99€. From 25 to 80€, the package is 4.99€. It is free beyond 80€ of purchase.
Delivery On Quotation:
To offer you the best price, certain product deliveries are costed precisely according to your needs. In this case, you must contact us directly, with the details.
Details of the different types of delivery:
Free shipping per item:
Some wooden items (generally the most important ones) are automatically delivered free of charge. To know them, go to the item sheet, in the "Item details" tab, the characteristics indicate whether delivery is free.
Paid delivery per item:
Small wooden items are available, but with a minimum order total of €10. To know the articles concerned, go to the article sheet. In the "Item details" tab, the characteristics indicate the amount of the delivery flat rate. From an amount of 80 euros, the delivery of the basket will still be free (see Free delivery by lump sum)
Free delivery by lump sum at the cart level:
From a certain amount, you will be delivered free of charge (subject to the choice of certain options). But it may be several times.
Currently, the delivery is free from 80 euros of purchase on the articles of the "Accessory Package". In this case, it is not possible for the customer to choose the transport/delivery provider.
Delivery impossible - Withdrawal in store:
Some rare bulky items cannot be delivered to your home. These wooden items are only available for collection in our store.
Delivery on estimate:
In order to make you the best price proposal, we are also working on the quote. The latter is made according to the quantities, the place of delivery, the value of the goods, etc. Contact us for this. This concerns only a few products, each time this is specified in the characteristics of the article concerned.
Delivery examples:
=> a "Third Party Seller" product regardless of the amount: free delivery or flat rate
=> a "Third-party seller" wood product + an accessory (less than 80 euros for the accessory part): paid delivery of your choice (in 2 deliveries).
=> a "Third-party seller" product + an accessory over 80 euros: free delivery (in 2 deliveries)
=> one or more products (between 10 and 25 euros): paid delivery of your choice (package 1).
=> one or more products (between 25 and 80 euros): paid delivery of your choice (package 2).
=> one or more products (more than 80 euros): free delivery (in 1 delivery).

Product delivery and availability:
For the sake of sustainable development, in an order with several items, when an item on sale is out of stock and awaiting restocking, the entire order is delayed. All wooden items in the order are sent at the same time. But it is always possible to remove an item from the order. Contact us.
Delivery time :
In the details and characteristics of each wooden item, the delivery time is given as an indication. Depending on the time of validation of your order, the site tells you when you can receive your packages.
In the event of an order with several articles, it is the longest period which must be retained.
