This wooden hay rake is a traditional tool used by farmers to work the fields. It is used to collect hay cut in the fields, to fan the hay, i.e. to turn and aerate it so that it dries, and also to harvest other vegetation.

The head of the hay rake is made of solid wood, beech for the rake. It is rectangular in shape, with two rows of 12 wooden tines, one on each side. This limits movement and increases productivity. The tines are pointed and evenly spaced, enabling them to pick up hay and other vegetation efficiently.

The handle is probably made of pine. Beechwood tines are replaceable. 2 spare wooden tines are supplied.

The wooden hay rake can also be used to make themed decorations.

Wooden hay rake dimensions: rake 59 x 18 x 3 cm - handle 1.70 m
