Simply fill each mold individually, applying butter with a spatula. It's best to fill each part slightly more than necessary, to avoid air pockets. Then press the 2 molds together (wedging with the lugs) and remove the excess. Place in the fridge for a few hours before unmolding. For more liquid preparations, you can pour the dough directly into the 2 closed wooden molds.
Handcrafted in Germany from local European wood. Wood has antibacterial properties thanks to its tannic acids.
