Cucumbers, sauerkraut, beet, gherkins, kimchi - all these homemade preparations are within easy reach with the old-fashioned wooden pot. Simply add vinegar, salt and water to start the fermentation process.
The container holds 2 liters. It is made in Europe from European wood. The material is chemical-free. This little barrel is naturally anti-bacterial thanks to the wood's tannic acids. Before use, sprinkle the fermenting pot with cold water to ensure that the wood swells and the container remains watertight.
The lid is closed by sliding it between the 2 lugs with holes and inserting the wooden stick into them.
