The oak barrel is durable and neutral in taste, while the cast-iron hardware is rust-resistant. The sturdy cast-iron screw shaft with handles allows the user to stand over the barrel, using the center of gravity to increase pressure to extract more juice.
The oak juicer is perfect for pressing a variety of fruits and berries, including grapes, apples, pears, cherries, citrus fruits, raspberries and strawberries. It's also ideal for making wine and cider.
Depending on the type of fruit and your objective, either the crusher or the mechanical press is used. They complement each other. Simply place a container underneath to collect the juice.
