These beech cookie strips are used to join two pieces of wood together, especially thin pieces such as planks. The joint is strong and invisible. Flat beechwood dowels are used to join corners of furniture or frames.

The "Lamello" type flat dowel is embossed, ensuring good adhesion with glue and a long-lasting hold. The flat dowel is inserted into the slots drilled in the two pieces of wood to be assembled or repaired.
